I came open-handed and without deception—I showed you every fault. Still, you picked up a weapon and hit me. Yet you hit an open hand, for I am empty. When will you learn that when you strike, you strike at yourself? Too important for truth, you defend vanity with hate. At the end you will have no choice—but to become the empty tomb.
