One vision, one purpose: so you mentioned a while back that Clausewitz said that it’s important to keep yourself concentrated on one objective and not to become side-tracked into sub-goals—and that the easiest thing in the world is to follow side-tracks and over-complicate the situation. We feel that you wander all over the place, so why don’t you take Clausewitz’s advice and concentrate on one thing? Good question—however, in fact, I have total concentration on one goal, the Grail.

In fact, I’m over half way to the Grail already—each post in the sequence being a contribution to it. So, in total, I’ll reach the Grail in about 4 years (Just imagine how different the world will be by then—so much has changed since you started in 2020!). Indeed—who knows what hideous events await us? Surely, it can only get much worse…

In any case, I have complete focus on the goal—every day I come a little closer to it. Indeed, I can tell I’m closer, because when I started I didn’t even know what I was looking for—indeed, I didn’t even know I was looking for the Grail; and I didn’t even know what the Grail was. But, now, just over halfway, I know both what the Grail is and I’ve also had various supernatural experiences—well, I didn’t except that. But isn’t that what you would expect if you set out on a quest for the Holy Grail?

You better not be writing these disastrous events into reality, by the way. Well, maybe and maybe not—it can be difficult to tell sometimes whether I’m just reporting on events or creating events. In the unus mundus it all comes to the same thing in a way. Of course, my quest is just for myself—I don’t write for an audience, except myself, I just write to find out what I think; if that is painful or delightful for you it doesn’t bother me.

That’s why I meander sometimes, sometimes I repeat myself—but I trust that I just need to retread that path to integrate somehow. No harm in treading the same track again, each time it becomes a little more nuanced. So there are side-quests along the way as well, little secondary expeditions and explorations—little secondary adventures; and these turn up little gems here and there—little additional lozenges to add to my diamond crown. I suppose that what I’m after is what Heraclitus said the mass disdains, “Immortal glory among mortals.”

Do I have a choice? Well, I doubt it—because this must be my destiny, or have something to do with my destiny. Because, for example, what led me to Hartsfell the first time was not a rational decision but a series of synchronicities which drew my attention to the fell. And that could only be, I would now say, due to forces from the other side—spiritual forces that drew me there for a purpose that is not yet revealed to me.
